Joseph B. has not been located after 1860. He may have served in the Confederate Army.
Thomas W. enlisted in the Confederate Army in Walker County, AL on October 4, 1862. He died in one of the Confederate hospitals in Danville, VA in 1864. He was listed as Thomas Embry, Corp1, 3 Ala (Company, Regiment, State. Note: Danville is an independent entity within the county of Pittsylvania, VA. Thanks to Chip Collins for this research.
Robert G. married Angie L. (unknown) about 1874. Mary may have been their only child. Robert presumably died between 1900 and 1910 and Angie went to live with her daughter.
William H. was a single teacher in 1880. In 1900, at age 50, he was a single Justice of Peace. In 1910 he and Nannie F (unknown) 42, had been married one year. Nannie was mother of five children, all living, with two "stepdaughters" in the household.
Sarah Ann has not been further identified.
